This has been our biggest single website challenge to date, and the brief was extensive.
Klafs wanted to integrate as much of their business with the website as possible, including sales, accounts, servicing and scheduling.
Currently all of the major functions of their business is now conducted around their website, making a great example of what an ebusiness is and the massive benefits that can arise to an orgainisation.

Since the mid 90’s, where IBM invented the phrase “eBusiness”, our understanding of the internet and what it could mean for our business has also grown. We all know that the internet is a powerful tool for us if we could just use it to its potential.
eBusiness is about taking you whole business and integrating it with the internet: your sales, marketing, order, production, manufacturing and account management.
However, the very excitement and potential of this technology leads us to a number of new problems and challenges that we have to face.
